The sense of family Old Navy creates in every store with numerous events held throughout the year, such as over-nighters, inventories, Halloween/Xmas season store changers. Corporates ability to get the job done in a time frame of which they promised.
Cons
Old Navy's ability to put everything under a microscope. Any type of success from individual stores requires investigations. LP ability to always focus internally for every issue.
