Pros
Not many.. you get a raise at my store after 6 months but for the first 6 months you’re working for basically nothing. Some employees are really good people.
Cons
Weekends are crazy. Shipment shifts are stressful because managers push you to be done at a certain time. Managers play favorites and are very rude sometimes. You will be pushed to sell the old navy card (ONC) and get people to sign up for the rewards program. Most employees don’t care about their jobs and will hide where managers can’t see them and will play on their phones. I’ve heard managers talking bad about other employees when they were in the office.
