Pros
Crash course in all things planning, inventory management, forecasting, pricing, pursuing and dropping PO's, etc. Loves to discuss diversity and inclusion. Overall would love to work for this company theoretically.
Cons
Constant burnout, most employees on the digital team cry at least once a week from burnout, overwork, and lack of impactful managers/management. In the year and a half I worked there, I saw a 300% turnover on my team. No promotions unless you leave the team. Managers are too overloaded with work to be effective managers. Put in 70 hours, get paid for 40. Great opportunity to use to leapfrog into another job, but would not recommend this to anyone I remotely liked.
