      -if you work a 2 hour shift cleaning, you won't be berated

      Cons

      -unprofessional (the management will gossip about you (in front of you), sneak around and go through your trash, cry when frustrated and take stress out on employees) -hourly scoldings

      Employee discount is awesome. Culture is very family oriented. Everyone takes pride in what they do.

      Cons

      No sense of work life balance. Amount of workload is not realistic to the amount of payroll you're allotted. No recognition or appreciation. Do not feel valued as an employee

      Pros

      -If you're young and never been employed then this is an easy place to get hired at for your first job. -It is almost impossible to be fired from this place. Anyone can call in sick last minute and there is no warning or anything at all.

      Cons

      -Poor management. Everything seems to be last minute and managers are never organized so they take their frustration out on the workers. -Depending on which manager is working, you may be under a lot of harassment from the management team -Good work never seems to be rewarded and may even be punished at times for no reason -Most of the job is folding clothes and nothing else. Watching paint dry might be more entertaining.
