Pros

Co-workers and managers were kind and considerate. Summer workers were rotated around the warehouse in shifts of several weeks to get well-rounded experience. The cafeteria food was excellent.

None which I can think of.

The company offers a good culture and provides many banefits but manger is just not right they are just doing micromanagement and unrealistic pressure. When though when targets are inline of requirement of company.
