      Pros

      It is an international company that works on the biggest project in the region the collegues are super cooperated, even if they don't have time they make efforts to support each other

      Cons

      it is a very hard position, and you don't have the supervision from your manager at all which will leave you in a constant uncertainty. the salary is not equal to the work that you will do, you can work 10 to 11 hour per day and no one will care about it.
