Pros

Great compensation plan. Benefits are good as well. You have the luxury of working remotely.

Cons

No support. Antiquated systems. Workload is unbearable. Billing Dept is awful.. the responsibility of billing is handed to the rep. Extremely stressful for reps. Retention is down due to the problems that Otis’ faces.

if you dont feel like its a good fit youre probably right, everyone leaves quickly or never leave at all. very old school company, very white male dominated and culture reflects that as well
