Pros

Can learn international standard about internal control and business ethics. Gives opportunities to go evening schools for degrees financially. Got a master dgrees and it was helpful when I moved to higher level of company.

Cons

Low salary. But many people are satisfied with friendly culture. It is a matter of choice. They had periodical retirement program.
