Pros
Pay is very good, I likely wouldn't make this salary anywhere else. For the most part the people are great to work with. Benfits are good but Healthcare plans can be very expensive.
Cons
Expectations are immense, more work than one person can handle. Incompetent people retain positions and salaries they don't deserve and their incompetence means you have to pick up the slack with no recognition for it. Work life balance is not good. Service department is expected to do so much but all that corporate does is squeeze the department tighter and tighter each year even if you beat your plan. It's always about "what can you do for me now" especially since the company left UTC
