The staff you work with on a day to day are great people.

Cons

Management is all over the place Salary is shocking Will withhold your sales commission from an entire quarter even though you leave in Q2 and lie to worm out of it. No working relationship between field and office staff Senior management unapproachable, unhelpful and not nice to work with. Senior staff just brown nose eachother to promote one another , company performs consistently bad but no changes seem to ever get made
