      Pros

      Great people on the local level; highly skilled and dedicated. The folks in Bloomington care about the Company and want it to succeed - or did, until they were shut out over and over and over again.

      Cons

      The biggest, messiest, most ridiculous restructuring anyone could ever imagine. Everyone is running toward the finish line for dear life, but they can't SEE a finish line - it keeps moving. There are no maps. There are no answers. Just RUN for dear life, RUN, all of you! Short-sighted decisions being made that will have a long-range impact on the Company, with shockingly little value placed on the skill or input of long-time, devoted, employees.

      Pros

      Super bloated corporate company means you can fade into the void and collect a check for years with minimal effort. Great second job/moonlight if your first job is also wfh There are tons of people to blame non-performance on

      Cons

      Customers are always upset and feeling like they’re being squeezed Low pay/minimal raises They promote women into authority roles seemingly just because they’re women and they can follow rigid corporate structures, rather than merit Software/workflow bloat. There’s a software for every little task, none of them cooperate well with the crm, and IT is in India and can only help at 3:30am

      Pros

      You start for with 3 weeks/120 hours vacation. You get 1 week/ 40 Hours of PTO You have the option of buying an extra week of vacation (1 week/ 40 Hours) when open enrollment (November)

      Cons

      Poor management The rate of inflation and the rate of wage increase is bad. The longer you stay in the company with no promotions the poor you get. Your work a LOT of weekends and it is mandatory.
