      Pros

      Great Employer Scholar Program to the United Technologies Corporation, employees are allowed to pursue degrees outside your normal line of work. Good start up job, especially in the sales side as a sales rep you are hands on with repairs, upgrades, account management, capital budgeting, and collections.

      Cons

      Job Security - Do not know if you will be working there the next day. Buddy Buddy System - If you do not mix in with the culture, they will find a way to let go of you or force to resign.

      Great place depending on what manager you work for.

      Organization paid for schooling, overall a good workplace and friendly people.

      Cons

      A few managers have been in their positions for a long time and really have no management skills what so ever. Electrical engineering in Bloomfield has a terrible attrition rate and can be directly related to management.
