      Pros

      Pay is nice, $50k+ depending on experience. Okay benefits, vast array of resources available to help you perform your job. Job training is okay. Standard processes for everything.

      Cons

      MICROMANAGED TO A T. HIgh stress, constant challenges, technical equipment, long hours. Hard to sell OTIS value when the product is very similar to the competition.

      Pros

      The job touched many aspects of selling. Lots of work and reporting requirements. Approx four to five months of training.

      Cons

      Reporting requirements require a lot of time. Communication from upper management regarding changes do not occur frequently. Lack of diversity.

      Pros

      Great career advancement opportunities, great compensation package, great opportunities to travel and learn the business. Most people that start work here usually end their career here. The Employee Scholar Program is by far one of the best incentives to work for OTIS and the program is by far industry leading. The people here are great and very supportive.

      Cons

      There are no real downsides to working for OTIS. OTIS is a global company and is part of UTC which one of the most successful companies out there. Perhaps, the only downside to working for OTIS is you have to like to deal with people and understand elevators inside and out. To achieve great success at OTIS, all you have to do is work hard!
