Business Outlook
Pros
The focus on ethics, kind co-workers, and their aim ti invest in their current employees. They also had me involved in real projects that were integral in the companies success which made me feel I was adding value as an Intern.
Cons
They weren't completely ready for me upon my arrival, so it was hard finding tasks during my first weeks there, however that is what also challenged me to learn more about the company on my own and find areas in which they needed help on my own as well.
