      Good to work short term to boost brand immage. Timely compensation and good work environment at lower level employees.

      Cons

      Not good for long term growth. Salary increment is only a guess and no policy on it. Should expect a boss any time who is less qualified than you

      Very strong top down approach to Ethics and Safety. The leadership sets the tone towards safety and ethics and there is zero tolerance to non compliance in these 2 areas.
