Organization paid for schooling, overall a good workplace and friendly people.

Cons

A few managers have been in their positions for a long time and really have no management skills what so ever. Electrical engineering in Bloomfield has a terrible attrition rate and can be directly related to management.

Good training and short term career choice for college grads in a first time work environment. Good team environment in most offices, but highly dependent upon where you end up after training.

Cons

Lots of middle management and lack of training for new managers. Emphasis on paperwork and tracking doesn't always add value for customers.
