Cons

Pro list is in the past. Stingy vacation policy. Very limited potential for growth. Job "pigeon hole" Company in the United States is on the way down. Quality of product questionable today.

freedom to run your own terriroty and the amount of money you make right out of college is higher than most.

Cons

Account managers have the most reposibility with the least amount of power. Can be frustrating at times and leadership does not show interest in why employees are unahppy.
