      Pros

      International best practices and strive to improve on quality and service. A huge list of talented individuals whom you can obtain assistance from at any time, Administrative or Operational.

      Cons

      Very results orientated which in turn result in unreasonable deadlines. Employee surveys exist but not really listened to and feel that they can be more attentive.

      Salary, Great benefit and pensions, great products and employer who cares about safety of their employees.

      Cons

      Union sucks lot of money of you, environment where everybody hates everybody, seniority, employer who always rushes you to achieve planed times, supervisors which are stupid to the bone. Every year new branch managers which thinks he ate all the wisdom of the world.
