      Pros

      Great field work force that has an intense pride and knowledge of the product. Fast paced environment that will keep you busy at all times.

      Cons

      There are lots of resources in the company but they are often hard to find or not referenced very easily.

      Pros

      Incredible benefits, very professional atmosphere. The top company in the trade in multiple areas. Plenty of opportunity for growth. Great for someone who doesn't want to be stuck on a computer all day every day.

      Cons

      Can be very busy going from site to site but it prevents the job from becoming monotonous.

      Pros

      Management's focus on improvement is making things better. I feel like they really care what I think, and they act on it. Benefits are ok, although they used to be better.

      Cons

      The Employee Scholarship Program used to be industry leading. Now it's just average. The health insurance used to be great. It's ok, now. There used to be a pension. Now? Not so much. There is a lot of pressure to make things better.
