Organized, established company with many firsts in the industry. Seem to value their employees and have a deep commitment to their safety and well-being.

Cons

Seem a bit slow to embrace and roll out new technologies to interface with their equipment and customers. Still seem a bit "old-school" while other companies seem to have newer technology.
