My day to day work situation causes me serious anxiety. I do work, I send the work, I don't hear back. I think, well maybe, I should reach out more. I try that. It doesn't work. I am told I will be called at such and such a time. No call. No email. I will start on a project and then the rug is pulled out from underneath the project and we're starting on something else. Because I seem to get nowhere, I lose hope in the job and the company. Onboarding with company is truly awful. I couldn't access my company email for over a month. Everything is difficult. They have so many access points that's it's almost impossible to keep track of them all.
