      Industry is short on manpower and so job prospects might be good

      Cons

      Long working hours, low pay, too much paperwork and processes. Only HQ has good working environment while other branches are terrible

      By far the most down to earth people. They make you feel so comfortable in the interviewing process. They are like one big family.

      Cons

      Their office is a little plain but that is the only thing I can think of.
