      Pros

      I have had the privilege of working for Otis for 10 years. Otis is a veteran friendly company and hired me from the Army while I was a transitioning officer. I have enjoyed all the benefits this company has to offer to include two promotions within the organization. They have afforded me the opportunity to serve both the operations, sales and now management roles within the company. Working for a large organization has created opportunity for growth, a great salary and benefits and the ability to work with great peers and leaders.

      Cons

      Technical knowledge is key to success and that does not come easily if you are not from the industry.

      Pros

      The culture at OTIS is very entrepreneurial. You get to own and run your segment of the business and make decisions that impact the everyday needs of our customer. No matter what job you hold, you get to work in cross functional teams (finance, operations, sales, project management). I feel very empowered at OTIS and know that I can build a great career here.

      Cons

      If you're looking for someone to hold your hand every step of the way, this is probably not the right company for you.
