Great for current students with no work experience. Company pays for tuition. Very relaxed environment. Highly recommend for those with little to no experience. Lots of opportunity to learn

Cons

Healthy benefits are sub par. Advancement not based on intelligence or capacity. Favoritism, usual corporate issues.
