- Good work life balance, people are great. Pay is decent, corporate card, a lot of social networking events, experience running your own company. Fast paced, no day is ever the same, constantly learning. Finally changed their IC plan a little bit to make more sense.

Cons

- No upward mobility - Company only cares about profits and not what’s truly needed to separate the company from competition. Otis could rule the industry if they wanted to. - Hire more people
