Company offers good matching plan and tuition reimbursement. Lots of autonomy in daily responsibilities. The people are great (this depends on your location as there are offices in every major city), upper management is striving to centralize digital systems and workflows as the company spins off from United Technologies. Quarterly and annual bonuses are a huge plus. Flexible work hours (although you will end up working long hours anyways).

Cons

Extremely long hours, high daily stress with constant firefighting. Offices desperately need more help but corporate is employing somewhat of a hiring freeze. Little to no technical training for a job where it's extremely important to understand the details of the product and construction industry. Health benefits are getting increasingly more expensive every year.
