Own time own target. Have alot of brake and non pressure

There is a lot of expat in this company. All manager is majority indian. Which have no exp in managing. If u are Singaporean, u are dead. Benefit will go to them first. U feel like an outsider in this company. 16 tech quit all at the same time. Inform them about why we all quit but no action from the company. All they want is profit. No welfare

No help from any management and when asking for help/assistance they would tell you you need to sort it yourself. No support at all.
