Extremely flexible (work from home, flexible hours, not much time in office each week.) Pay is strong, especially when coming from other fields. Company truck or vehicle allowance

Cons

Even though the hours are flexible, you're kind of always "on the clock." Phone rings a lot at night, weekends, etc. Tough to truly take time off without remaining plugged in,

DEI Hot bed. Too many people just speaking and going to meetings vs. executing. Very Political. Cast system in place in a number of areas preventing positive change and improvements.
