Cons
Feels a lot like a filbert cartoon Not for the ambitious Salaries are flat (enter around 60-70K in 5 years you’ll be somewhere around 80-100k). Sounds like a wide range but when you break it out no matter how hard you work you’re not going to get more then 5% year. Very unambitous. No big ideas. Everything is tinkering on the edges. The big ideas exist in “disruption corners” that never are taken seriously. The last major disruption that the core business embraced simply wasn’t as profitable and differentiating as management had hoped
