      Pros

      The benefits are great at Otis. They will cover the cost of your bachelors or graduate degree which is fantastic and RARE.

      Cons

      The competitiveness is overwhelming at times. You will often be left in the dark and if you ask questions or need help God help you. People are constantly looking for ways to undercut their colleagues or subordinates in an effort to make themselves look better. They are banking on your mistakes. Overall the environment can be incredibly negative, degrading and exhausting and there is high turnover even though the salaries and benefits are good.

      Used to be a company that people had security and friends

      Cons

      Since the takeover the culture has been going south, with no appreciation for industry expertise, leading to the deterioration of equipment and actual service. New management is not experienced in the industry and only cares to the bottom line.
