Cons

Same as all manufacturing; chain of parts and material is difficult to regulate. Global supply chain issues cause shortages and outages. Some lines have to run over-time to compensate for parts issues.

Management has unrealistic deadlines. There is a lot of turnover. Florence is a small town which makes it difficult to find people willing to stay long term.
