      Happy when I was laid off

      Pros

      The college reimbursement was phenomenal when I started. Then they started chipping away at the benefits. I was able to earn my Bachelor's degree and Master's degree without have to incur any debt.

      Cons

      Men are promoted to management because of their schmoozing skills with their supervisors. Which means they have absolutely no idea how to manage people.

      Good parts, but too old school

      Pros

      Good compensation, some freedom depending on management. You can make a lot of money in a good economy, but management is not afraid to be subjective about certain sales to take money out of your pockets.

      Cons

      It is pretty much the epitome of a conservative, glass ceiling for most, type of company. Very much lacks diversity in both ethnicity/gender/sexual orientation. I believe this has a strong effect on the company atmosphere, it is far from inclusive and open minded. If you're a Donald Trump supporter, you'll fit in just fine.

      Pros

      Great group of individuals for the most part. Very challenging work but rewarding as well.

      Cons

      Mid and Upper Management don't have a clue with what goes on in the field. Location is managed by spreadsheet with main goal(s) is to meet numbers no matter what. Good people tend to leave after a short time. Unneeded stress brought on by "meet the numbers" while you have no direct affect on those numbers.
