- Otis global culture is great and if you work with people across the globe means its great and they support you pretty well - job security - Wealth of knowledge to learn

Cons

Indian management team need to be relooked on as they are not supportive ( Otis Bangalore works factory) Rewards are not given to the young engineers who work on the projects Negative environment around the departments
