      Pros

      Competitive salary and benefits, and work life balance is good. I think your experience will mostly depend on the branch you work at and how it is run. I had a great experience working in my branch - great mechanic staff and internal support. The company is going through a lot right now in terms of updating their technology, digital tools and overall workforce policies and structure. They definitely needed a technology boost, and no doubt they will continue to see success moving forward as one of the top brands in the industry. The elevator industry itself is such a fun industry - even if you don't have elevator experience, spend time in the field and learn from the mechanics.

      Cons

      I believe this is industry wide - they struggle with supporting mechanics and having enough service staff for providing elevator maintenance per their contracts. Otherwise, account managers are left dealing with upset customers, and not having the service resources to complete service calls.
