      Flexible schedule, lots of time off, scholar program for paid tuition

      Cons

      Low salaries compared to other big companies. More focused on cutting cost rather than improving products. Project timelines are too aggressive, project management is very poor at communicating between departments, silos, need to leave a come back to have a salary market adjustment.
