      Office place and 5th year anniversary gift as chocolate box :P ... So disgusting

      Management and HR system is not process driven, Only person centric... No sync with Global team and offshore team, Tower heads are not ethical and unethical practices are promoted within the team as self-centric goal, aggression, hot drinks, non-veg promotion within the team is too much and for new joiners will losing passion of working. Gossips are spread with cab drivers, transport team and employee... unwanted team gathering for promoting unethical practices in the employee's money. working environment is not good for learning, more towards self-centric tower leads.
