      You start for with 3 weeks/120 hours vacation. You get 1 week/ 40 Hours of PTO You have the option of buying an extra week of vacation (1 week/ 40 Hours) when open enrollment (November)

      Cons

      Poor management The rate of inflation and the rate of wage increase is bad. The longer you stay in the company with no promotions the poor you get. Your work a LOT of weekends and it is mandatory.

      A lot of corporate stress on doing "more with less" making it very difficult to get work done, which results in unhappy customers. Unhappy customers mean getting negative phone calls all the time.
