Pros

Management is very helpful and expressly promotes growth and support. The pay and benefits are quite good and hard pressed to find comparable in the area. Family like environment. If you come to work and do your job to the best of your ability you will do well. Don’t put in the work and not be dependable you will, of course, find yourself going somewhere else.

Cons

It can be difficult to get days off as this is a call center open 24 hours a day, 365 days a week. There are a set amount of spots available each day for people to have the day off to coincide with the amount of call volume expected daily. All of which is explained before hire.
