      Firstly, the freedom to express your feelings and speak out is allowed without fear of being kick out irrespective of your position. Safety is a priority, the room for opportunities growth is open for everyone. Delay in salary is never an option. Its comes at the mandated time

      Has a customer service field provider, pressure is something you can't escape. Communication; Otis is a Multinational company comprising of different diverse nationality and culture with language barriers
