International community, medium-sized pool of employees (180-200), usage of ORACLE for business processes, training budget allocated on yearly basis, dynamic setting, performance management tools available and in place, HR polices and procedures developed and in place.

Cons

The Organization does not support promotions and professional advancement, i.e. 'zero growth policy' in place for several years now.
