      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, and policies. Most departments in the Auto Inergy division are run extremely well.

      Cons

      Some upper management (director level) are incredibly unprofessional and completely lack people skills. Firing people simply because they aren't a "yes-man/woman" is not healthy for the workplace, but it's something the company turns a blind eye too.

      Pros

      Good benefits, nice employees, opportunity to grow and travel.

      Cons

      Everything comes at a cost. If you are not a manager's favorite - start looking for another job NOW. The Customer Center is a mess, as is the HR department. Turn over is high. Stay away from these departments - half of the employees look tired and overworked, while the other half treats you like they are better than you.

      Staff treated like slaves clock watching wages incorrect virtually every week set holidays at peak times . Promises of full contracts that never materialise
