HR management/Business Partners CANT BE TRUSTED. They smile and will lie in your face, while planning your demise. Zero integrity. Keep away from the HR dept. You see why within the first week-you've made a mistake.

- Neither training nor structured career path - Pressure - The top management in France, although smart, does not understand that being successful does not exempt from showing respect to employees : those are human beings. Hiring someone is not buying him/her. - Profiles that get promoted : workaholics without empathy

There are no Pros about this awful company. Anything and everything you do is not good enough.

Cons

DO NOT WORK HERE! Management is ridiculously horrible! They put people in management positions that should not have this position. There is no training. No help, no advise given. They beat you down and treat you like dirt! They don't appreciate anything you do.
