Clean plant. Coworkers were great.

Boss used sarcasm when disciplining employees. Bos made a target out of me after I was hurt and had to take some time off.

The insurance is one of the best I have ever had and the pay rate is so good I am having a hard time finding something else that pays as good.

Cons

management does not communicate with the production staff. They are to concerned with making themselves look good to help anyone else move up. Some managers will walk all over you and do things behind your back to make things happen in their favor. They do not care about their employees life outside of work hours are not what they advertise.
