Chance to work in different cultural environment. Get to learn new methods and tools for validation. Chance use my experience for bringing maturity in the organisation

Limited work exposure, can contribute more towards process and good project managment, Need to learn French language to be communicate better. Working through consultant company, so salary package is not satisfactory. Development is outsourced, Lack of documentation

Plastic Omnium Auto Exterior looks good on a resume. Employees have exposure to all levels of the business and some great contacts in the industry.

Cons

The way Plastic Omnium Auto Exterior treats its employees is embarrassing. Very few of the employees are happy and the vast majority are looking for new jobs. Morale is low, compensation is low and respect is non-existant.
