Great pay, politics run rampant.

Above average pay for this area. Most of the facility is air conditioned and indoors. Great benefits. $50 gift card for Christmas bonus.

Cons

Entirely too many hours (60-80 per week for some). Politics run rampant. Poor morale throughout facility. Nobody is held accountable (could be a pro?)

Cons

The main con of working for Plastic Omnium was that the warehouse was not air conditioned so during the summer it can get very hot.

Pros

Good insurance, decent pay for an hourly worker. Not sure what salaried people get. The concept of the work is easy.

Cons

My biggest complaint is they make you work EVERY day- no days off- and you end up having to work a lot of 12 hour days because of their inadequate staffing and cheap equipment that doesn't work half the time, then they try to make it look like it's our fault that we have to work all this overtime. When you go to HR for a problem she looks at you like you're wasting her time. If you miss a day for ANY reason, even if you have to go to the ER for a life threatening problem, you get a point.
