      Good benefits, stable organization, team spirit within the organization, upper management support. Continuous opportunities to learn and become a leader

      If you're already inside the organization the growth is possible but salary won't increase drastically and comparison against new employees can become a problem

      liars, liars, liars. managers that blame other departments so they can look good. people falsify quality checks and no one does aynthing. production manager talks about people in front of people. find another place to work. they treat hourly like garbage.
