The culture is slowly moving towards a more positive environment and aligning to larger-organizational processes to meet the needs of our next generation workforce and growing business. Excellent benefits and vacation policies, always seem to be looking to do something engaging for the workforce.
Cons
The historical Auto-Inergy division is a "good ol' boys club" which has many long term employees who are still living in the past and resistant to any change whatsoever (some of them are fantastic and have lots of knowledge, to be clear). When you have only worked at 1 company for the majority of your career, you don't know what you don't know, so try to listen, keep an open mind, be grateful, and learn. I am confident that most of the negative reviews on this website are those employees who didn't make it (or won't make it) because they are getting exposed as the company brings in employees from larger/different organizations with more bandwidth and different ways to solve a problem.
