Pros

The company is solid- that said- it is because they pay poorly.

Cons

Long hours, condecending attitude towards workers. Production numbers is everything, poor quality assurances. This is the definition of what a right to work manufacturing plant is all about. Workers rights? Forget about it. Two words - GO UNION.

Pros

Traditional family company 401k and health benefits

Cons

Toxic culture - Discrimination at the top and across team leaderships , several instances of racism . No training opportunity, no vision from the company. They are stuck on the fuel tank and diesel boat and fully commited to hydrogen without any other backups.
