Working with the kids was very rewarding

Cons

Management is very traditional. Sticks with protocols or ideas that are no longer working for this generation. There's no proper training and bosses doesn't mentor you and expects you already know everything even if you are new. If you make a mistake, they will shame you. If your boss doesn't like you, he/she will fire you without due process.

Teach and go, salary competitive, students and families are manageable

Cons

No further trainings aside from initial Montessori training, salary growth is stagnant, curriculum is boxed so you can't make changes immediately even if students suffer.
