      Pros

      Working with the kids was very rewarding

      Cons

      Management is very traditional. Sticks with protocols or ideas that are no longer working for this generation. There's no proper training and bosses doesn't mentor you and expects you already know everything even if you are new. If you make a mistake, they will shame you. If your boss doesn't like you, he/she will fire you without due process.

      Pros

      They offer competetive salary and benefits. The school are clean, organized and orderly. They provide good training even though the teacher is not an education graduate.

      Cons

      They have very strict guidelines during training. Sometimes the line managers have irreasonable work demands. They decide on matters without due process and most teachers are afraid to speak up because they fear they will lose their jobs.
